“I knew I was definitely was gonna breastfeed…probably until two. I knew I wasn’t gonna stop at like a year and a half or anything. Like I definitely wanted to go until two. A few of the friends I had, they went until two, so they kind of inspired me.

But, then I realized, around two… no one really talks about weaning. So many doctors.. were like, you need to stop breastfeeding him. I remember one of my doctors, with the whole iron thing, she was like, it’s not him that wants to breastfeed, it’s you. She said that to me… And I was just like, ‘Okay, No. Come to my house at midnight and see.’”
